Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an order from the date you have submitted it.

• The product is unworn, unstained and in a condition suitable to be resold.
• The product is not damaged.
• The product has price tag and all labels attached.
• The product must also be sent back in the same ‘Mad Clothing’ shipping packaging in which you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be accepted by vaidhcure and in the same condition that you sent it.

The item/items returned by you should not have any kind of scratch and discolouration. 

Refunds

We have a 15 days refund policy. Once we receive your order, we will inspect it and notify you the same. 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Only in case of some special consideration, if vaidhcure executives think the return request to be accepted and the paid amount to be refunded, the refunded amount will be added to your bank account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the call taken by team vaidhcure.
