Applicability of the Terms of Use

The definitions given to words and phrases in the Terms of Use apply to those that are used in this Policy but are not specifically defined here. The Terms of Use shall apply to this Policy to the extent that any element of this Policy does not contradict with them. If there is a discrepancy between this Policy and the Terms of Use, Vaidhcure’s interpretation shall be conclusive and enforceable against you.
